The incident happened just after 6 p.m. Saturday at Shoreline Golf Links, located in the 2000 block of North Shoreline Boulevard, according to the Mountain View Police Department.

The pilot, and sole occupant of the plane, was assessed and treated for injuries that were not considered life-threatening, police said.

According to police, the pilot was flying from Palm Springs to San Carlos when his airplane began experiencing fuel issues, prompting him to make the emergency landing.
