Oakland police searching for missing 16-year-old girl

OAKLAND — The Oakland Police Department is asking for the public’s help in finding a missing 16-year-old girl.

Leilani Bishop, 16, was last seen around 5 a.m. on March 10 in the 3400 block of 66th Avenue in Oakland. (Oakland Police Department) 

Leilani Bishop was last seen around 5 a.m. on March 10 in the 3400 block of 66th Avenue in Oakland, police said in an advisory Thursday. She is considered at risk due to her age.

Leilani is described as Black, 5 feet 6 inches tall and 140 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. She was carrying a gray backpack.

Anyone with information about Leilani’s whereabouts can contact the Missing Persons Unit at 510-238-3641.
