NCAA Tournament: How much it’ll cost to attend Sweet 16 games in San Francisco

The four teams that advanced to the NCAA Tournament’s West Regional at Chase Center this week will travel a combined 8,774 miles to reach their destination.

Not surprising, Florida vs. Maryland and Texas Tech vs. Arkansas in San Francisco have the lowest get-in ticket prices of the four regionals on the secondary market.

On Monday morning, two tickets for both sessions at Chase Center – the Sweet 16 games on Thursday and Elite 8 game Saturday – were as low as $378 each on StubHub.

By comparison, two tickets for both the Sweet 16 and Elite 8 sessions at the South Regional in Atlanta on Friday and Sunday were going for $865 each.

The Midwest Regional in Indianapolis for both sessions had a get-in price of $551 each and the East Regional in Newark, N.J., had a two-session price of $445 apiece for two tickets.

The West is the only one that doesn’t have a team from its region represented.

The East Regional features Duke, along with Alabama, BYU and Arizona.

The Midwest Regional includes Purdue, Kentucky, Tennessee and Houston.

The South Regional has Auburn and Ole Miss, along with Michigan State and Michigan.

Single-session tickets for the San Francisco games were also lowest on StubHub, with two tickets for Thursday going for $180 each and two for Saturday at $171 each.
