Two adults died when a car crashed on the 60 Freeway in Chino early Monday, April 7, with a baby found alive, buried in debris and critically injured.
The crash happened around 2 a.m. in the westbound lanes east of Reservoir Street, said Sgt. Mark Nelson, a California Highway Patrol spokesman.

When officers arrived, they found a Tesla up an embankment.
At least one of the persons killed was ejected.
The driver and the front-seat passenger died, Nelson said. The San Bernardino County Coroner’s Office identified one victim as 23-year-old La Puente resident Jacquelyn C. Perez. The other person was a man whose name had not been publicly announced yet, Nelson said.
The baby was thrown from the vehicle. The baby and another survivor were hospitalized in critical condition, said Massiel De Guevara, a spokeswoman for the Chino Valley Fire District. The woman was in her 20s, Nelson said.
Investigators believe the car struck something but they were not sure what, Nelson said.
