The True Life Companies are proposing demolishing the Lakewood Shopping Center and a former auto service center to construct a commercial building with at least 10,000 square feet of floor area along Lakehaven Drive. The development would also include 101 townhome units in 15 three-story buildings, including 16 units with in-law suites, accessible from Lakedale Way.
The residential and commercial portions of the project would be separated by a linear parcel owned by the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC), which is not part of the project.
Zoning for the proposed site is designated “village mixed use” under the city’s Village Center Master Plan, which has not been finalized. Current city zoning and permitting procedures apply to the site.
For more information about the project or the meeting, email True Life representative Kelley Rutchena at [email protected]. For city-related matters, contact Senior Planner Jeffrey Cucinotta at 408-730-7424.
The meeting is set for 6-7 p.m. at https://thetruelifecompanies.zoom.us/j/88535419203.
