OAKLAND — A 2-year-old girl who was the subject of an Amber Alert has been found and reunited with the grandmother who had custody of her, authorities said.

The girls’ mother, father and maternal grandmother all were arrested for their suspected roles in taking the girl, authorities said.
Police issued the Amber Alert for Amira Coleman on Tuesday after she last was seen about 12:36 p.m. at 39th Street and Adeline Street, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Oakland police confirmed Wednesday morning that authorities had found the girl and arrested the three suspects about midnight in East Oakland. The girl appeared to be OK, police said.
Police on Tuesday identified the suspected parents in the abduction as 26-year-old Andrew Coleman and 24-year-old Tamira Claggion. Both were considered armed and dangerous.
Police said the girls’ paternal grandmother has sole custody of the child. They said she was assaulted with a gun and knife by the suspects in front of her residence in the 1000 block of 39th Street.
