One of Silicon Valley’s oldest legacy mansions, the Green Gables Estate in Woodside, has been listed for $125 million. But if the 74-acre property is more than you want, the owners are offering one or more of 10 estate lots, some with homes on them, for less.

Built in 1911 for industrialist Mortimer Fleishhacker, the 74-acre property has stayed in the family for six generations. It includes seven separate residences with 34 bedrooms and 26 bathrooms across 23,900 square feet. And for the first time, it is being offered for sale by sections. For example, the portion of the estate that includes an English-style residence with the 100-yard Roman pool is for sale for $55 million.

The other six homes and structures on the property including an equestrian barn, pools, tennis courts and a dairy can also be purchased separately.

Helen and Brad Miller with Compass are the listing agents.

Over the years, the English-inspired estate has hosted notable figures and grand events including the United Nations 20th anniversary gala. Disgraced Theranos founder Elizabeth Holmes stayed in one of the homes during her criminal trial in 2021, according to reports.
