When challenges occur, @chipotletweets on the social media platform X will put up a post with a hidden keyword, according to a news release from the Newport Beach-based chain.
Each team gets one challenge per game, but if it’s successful they can get a second.
The first 5,000 fans who text the keyword to 888222 will win a free entrée. Specifically, they’ll get a code valid for any regularly priced entrée, subject to availability. Entrée codes will expire five days after they are delivered to participants.
Terms and conditions are explained on Chipotle’s website. Reading it is a challenge in itself.
