On Saturday evening, a 38-year-old man was injured in a shooting in the 2000 block of Terrace View Avenue in Antioch, according to a news release from the Antioch Police Department.

Just before 9:00 PM, officers responded to a reported shooting and found the victim with a gunshot wound. Officers administered aid until Contra Costa Fire arrived, after which the victim was transported to a hospital. The injuries were determined not to be life-threatening.
