The Golden State Valkyries have waived forward Chloe Bibby and guard Bree Hall, the team announced on Monday.
Bibby played a significant role for the Valkyries off the bench since she was signed last week. She averaged 6.4 points and 2.3 rebounds across five games. In her season debut against the Caitlin Clark-led Indiana Fever, Bibby scored 12 points and hit two 2-pointers.
Hall appeared in two games and totaled three points.

The moves come as the Valkyries are expected to welcome back Janelle Salaün, Cecilia Zandalasini and Julie Vanloo back to the team after their contracts were temporarily suspended to participate in EuroBasket.
