SAN JOSE — Two tech companies, Netgear and Rose Batteries, have completed deals that enable them to keep their headquarters in north San Jose.

Netgear had been at 350 East Plumeria Dr. in San Jose, federal regulatory filings show. The maker of computer networking hardware for consumers, businesses, and service providers had occupied 142,700 square feet.

The company has taken a space large enough to accommodate about 350 to 450 workers.

Rose Batteries has moved to 2060 Corporate Ct. in San Jose, leasing 23,700 square feet of office space. Rose Batteries’ new office is next door to its previous location, which totaled 18,000 square feet. The company specializes in advanced battery systems.

Rose Batteries employs about 30 people at the Corporate Court location, according to the company.
