Video game fans wondering how they can check out the Nintendo San Francisco grand opening now have an answer. The new outpost for all things Mario and company is set to open May 15, but to come inside, customers will have to reserve a slot, according to the Nintendo website.

Once they’re signed in. They need to hit up this event site at 9 a.m. PDT May 1. That’s when reservations will be accepted. Tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and they run from May 15 to May 18. The time slots are available at these times.

May 15 – 12:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
May 16 – 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
May 17 – 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
May 18 – 11 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

According to Nintendo’s website, “group reservations can be made using a Nintendo Account family group for up to 4 people.” That’s one Nintendo account holder and three other family members who must haveNintendo Account linked to a Nitnendo Account family group. Children 6 and younger don’t need an individual Warp Pipe Pass and don’t need a Nintendo Account.
