Body found on San Francisco street launches homicide investigation

A body was found Tuesday in San Francisco’s Duboce Triangle neighborhood, and the death is being investigated as a homicide, the police said.

Officers were called to the area of Laguna and Market streets around 3:15 p.m. on May 6. Paramedics pronounced the person dead at the scene.

Medical examiners determined that the death was suspicious, and the case was handed off to the police department’s homicide team.
