Police ID man shot and killed in Hayward

Natali Cisneros, 26, of Antioch had more than one gunshot wound when police officers were called to the 3900 block of Rockford Drive about 10:15 a.m. on January 6. He was found on the ground, where officers tended to him until paramedics arrived.

He was taken by ambulance to a hospital but died there.

Cisneros’ death remains the only homicide investigation in Contra Costa County during the first two weeks of 2025. In 2024, Antioch police investigated 17 homicides — the most since at least 2005.

Police have not arrested anyone or publicly identified a suspect.
