Festival Napa Valley has elected Steven Stull, president and founder of Advantage Capital, as its new board chairman, the organization announced Nov. 4. He has served on the board of directors of Festival Napa Valley since 2012.

Stull has more than 35 years of investment experience. He has served as director of several Advantage Capital portfolio companies, including FleetCor Technologies, HRI Properties and OMNI Energy, according to the announcement.

“It’s an honor to serve as chairman of one of the nation’s most exceptional arts organizations,” Stull said in the news release. “As we approach the Festival’s 20th anniversary, I look forward to building on its legacy of artistic excellence and furthering its mission to make the arts accessible to all.”

Festival Napa Valley also announced the election of three new members to its board of directors:

—  Darryl B. Curry is senior vice president and hospital administrator for Kaiser Permanente’s Napa-Solano Area, which includes Kaiser’s medical centers in Vacaville and Vallejo. Curry has led investments in community initiatives addressing health equity, housing, workforce development and behavioral health, according to the release.

—  Jane Inch is an arts advocate who brings more than three decades to community building and nonprofit service. She has held leadership roles with Junior League of San Francisco, San Francisco Opera Guild, American Heart Association and Bay Area Lyme Foundation. She has worked as a certified life and integrative health coach and yoga instructor, and works at her family’s global packaging company, Transpak, the announcement stated.

—  Mona Tavss is a financial services executive with more than 25 years of experience advising institutions and fostering client relationships. Tavss’ philanthropy supports the arts, education and initiatives that promote community well-being, according to the release.

“We have been fortunate to build an exceptional board of directors over the years, now numbering 30 vintners and community leaders,” Festival Napa Valley President and CEO Rick Walker said in the release. “(This) group of dedicated leaders will help strengthen our programs and expand the festival’s impact across Napa Valley and beyond.”

Festival Napa Valley is presented by Napa Valley Festival Association, a nonprofit corporation governed by a board of vintners and local leaders.

Board members are elected to three-year terms and are eligible for reelection.
